We highly recommend working with them! They are expert in the area and been doing business for a long time. Great team! They provided a lot of advice before listing, got professional photographer, dealt with all the inspections, staged the house and made it looks great, etc.
They are very responsive and kept communications going with us via emails/calls. I think we did an open house every weekend and 2 realtors open houses, and we sold before the 2 months mark. Great negotiators with professional advice.

Ben was awesome! Even though he was based out of the South Bay we still used him in our search in the East Bay due to the team being so good at what they do. He took time on Saturdays to come up and show us properties. I know he put together a very solid offer for us and was the reason we got the house. He comes highly recommended!
