We had a four-plex in the Rose Garden area that we wanted to sell next year and the one next door; virtually identical, had been for sale at a price less than we wanted to achieve. The Barbics weeded through the various fishing expeditions by the tire-kicking maybe buyers and found a buyer at full price. When the buyer got squirrelly and tried to nickel and dime the deal, the Barbics held firm and Alan in particular made sure that they stayed on point and met their commitments. We were saved a lot of brain damage by the Barbics taking care of everything from the start through the final closing of the deal; on time and as agreed.
